  • You'll commit to upgrading your existing MPOS hardware (upon which you'll receive the discounted prices right away)
  • Your existing MPOS equipment is still in good condition, approved by a system health check conducted by the MPOS team

Key points to note for Hardware Cover applicants

  • If your current equipment is older or incompatible with Hardware Cover, we offer preferential pricing on system upgrades.
  • Hardware Cover must be applied to all lanes of your system. Partial coverage is not available.
  • Claims made within the first 3 months of Hardware Cover contract, or missed payments will be subject to an excess fee.
  • Accurate Record-Keeping: To ensure smooth claims processing, we maintain a record of your equipment's serial numbers on your account.
